Amazing place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The staff assisted me with dining options on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'm looking forward to returning for Christmas!

Stylish decor and great ambiance in the bar area.
The shower drain was clogged, leading to water pooling in the bathroom.

Room was very big, and design was great. Spa was very good.
A shame that breakfast wasn't included on our first night, and a shame that breakfast didn't include hot breakfast.

We enjoyed the stay. Staff all thoughtful, chatty and helpful. Our room was very spacious with huge bed and a sofa. The location is great: on the quayside by the new foot bridge leading to the Sage and the Baltic. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The purple and red decor and low lighting (French bordello style) takes a bit of getting used to however.

The hotel's décor is stylish with a chic and cute atmosphere, and its location along the Quayside makes it easy for seniors to access local attractions while enjoying picturesque views of the bridges and river.
More comfortable seating in public areas would help.
